Overview
Schedule: M-F 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (8 hour shift) Facility: Resurrection Medical Center Location: 7435 W Talcott Ave, Chicago, IL 60631 Responsibilities
The Lead Associate ensures smooth patient flow, accurate registration, maximum point-of-service collections, and outstanding customer service. The Lead coordinates break and lunch times, assists the Supervisor in managing volume fluctuations, and serves as a resource for other employees on policies and procedures. The Lead sets exemplary service standards and maintains effective communication with patients, visitors, physicians, and staff. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Extensive knowledge of Patient Access required; Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) preferred. Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and management abilities. Excellent attention to detail, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Pay Transparency
