Sanford Health, one of the largest and fastest-growing not-for-profit health systems in the United States, is seeking a dedicated PRN Pharmacist to join our team at the Detroit Lakes Clinic in Detroit Lakes, MN. This role offers flexible scheduling, focusing on retail pharmacy services and collaboration with our surgery department to enhance patient care. Position Details: Location: Detroit Lakes, MN Shift: Day Schedule: PRN, 1-2 days/week, including Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays, with at least one four-hour Saturday shift per month Weekly Hours: Varies Salary Range: $53.00 - $81.50 Responsibilities: Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness Provide drug information, counseling patients, and advising providers on medication management Monitor patient progress and response to therapy Utilize evolving pharmacy technology and oversee pharmacy support staff Perform duties in various settings, including unit dose dispensing, IV admixtures, and medication reconciliation Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy Thorough knowledge of drugs, actions, and regulations Current licensure in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy Hospital experience or residency preferred Benefits: Sanford Health offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and generous paid time off.
