The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care to assigned patients and works within the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas, adhering to institutional policies, procedures, and standards. Responsibilities

The RN delivers nursing care within the Nurse Practice Act and institutional guidelines. Collects and documents assessment data. Develops and implements a Plan of Care; evaluates progress. Provides patient/family education and discharge planning. Administers medications per standards and provides drug information to patients/families. Acts as a resource and supports others; collaborates with the team. Delivers care using the defined nursing modality and delegates appropriately. Contributes to a positive clinical education environment and mentors students and staff. May perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's, Associate, Diploma, or Master's degree in Nursing Graduate of an accredited RN program Current valid RN license Two (2) years of RN experience in the respective field Flexibility with work schedule, including weekends Excellent leadership and basic computer skills Physical Demands & Environment

Physical activity includes frequent lifting of 100+ lbs, ability to wear PPE (N95, PAPRs/CAPRs), and normal to moderate noise levels in a medical facility. Visual and other sensory requirements apply. Potential hazards include biological, chemical, electrical, radiation, sharp tools, dust, and possible violence/physical altercations.
