Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, is seeking a Pediatric Rehabilitation Physician to join our team. We are affiliated with Totally Kids, which offers outstanding rehabilitation services for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults up to 21 years of age. Inpatient acute rehab for ages 0 to 21, including a new program for infants emerging from the NICU with feeding difficulties, delayed milestones, and handling anxiety. Outpatient practice, primarily involving management of CP, spasticity (ITB and Botulinum), with potential involvement in multidisciplinary clinics such as the Home Ventilator clinic (SMA, MD, Severe CP), Hypertonicity/SDR clinic, Spina Bifida, high-risk infant program, and Muscular Dystrophy clinic. Educational opportunities include teaching in the PMR residency program. Research support is available within the department, with ongoing projects in the Totally Infants’ Program at Totally Kids. Lifestyle and Work Environment:

Call: Likely participation in an on-call pool for adult inpatient rehab teams, based on availability. Hours: Typically 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, with Fridays usually ending earlier. Patient visit length: Approximately 20-30 minutes for return visits and 30-40 minutes for new patients, with flexibility for a new hire. Compensation & Benefits:

The starting salary ranges from $210,000 to $250,000, adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. This does not include variable compensation or productivity bonuses.
