Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA)

Responsibilities: Follow the plan of care by Occupational Therapist and provide treatment to patients. Interpret evaluation findings to provide care and ensure safety related to dysfunction. Provide treatment based on established goals and follow through to achieve them. Provide advice and education to patients and families. Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine treatment effectiveness, patient progress, and need for plan modifications. Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Program. Home health experience preferred but not required. We set standard base pay ranges based on function and level. The final offer depends on skillset, experience, and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The pay range for this position is: $60-$75/visit Coverage areas include:
Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Moorpark, Oak Park, Simi Valley, Somis, Camarillo, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, and Ventura.
