Shift: Evening shift Hours Per Week: 40 City: Canby State: MN Responsibilities
Provide and coordinate patient care Communicate with other health team members Maintain cleanliness of rooms and stock of supplies Follow hospital safety rules and procedures Assist with procedures and operate departmental equipment as needed Ensure appropriate documentation and reporting Qualifications
At minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience preferred Graduate from an accredited school Certifications may be required based on facility requirements Physical abilities – remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment (50-100 lbs), pushing, bending and pulling Strong communication with health team members Ability to provide and coordinate patient care Adherence to hospital safety rules and procedures Required Skills
Interpersonal skills for working with diverse personnel Technical skills to handle procedures and equipment Cognitive demands for managing interactions and deadlines Sensory skills for visual understanding and practical communication Benefits
