Overview Guide a high performance cardiac critical care service near Hendersonville with oversight of CVICU and CVPC. Manage a 19 bed platform and about 65 FTEs in a fast moving, data driven setting committed to patient safety and experience.
Responsibilities
Elevate access, acuity appropriate staffing, and flow
Improve quality metrics and patient satisfaction with data tools
Lead budget, capital requests, and resource utilization
Build strong physician partnerships across cardiovascular services
Mentor assistant leaders and charge RNs to a just culture
Maintain continuous regulatory readiness
Qualifications
Masters in Nursing or BSN with a masters in business, health administration, or related field
Active RN and BLS
Five plus years in critical care and three plus years in leadership
Deep cardiovascular background required
National leadership certification within one year preferred
