Central Florida Communities, Inc. (CFC) has warm, welcoming, home-inspired facilities and programs for individuals with developmental disabilities in Orange, Brevard, Lake and Seminole Counties. CFC operates three 64-bed Intermediate Care Facilities for the Developmentally Disabled (ICF/DD's), Howell Branch Court, Lake View Court and Washington Square. As a member of our staff, you will be a part of one of these living centers and provide vital around the clock care, which includes nursing and medical oversight, to our residents. Facility Name and Address: 1890 State Road 436 Winter Park, Florida, 32792 Purpose: Coordinate and oversee all clinical services across the group homes, Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) and Adult Day Training (ADT) center. Supervise behavior analysts and ensuring compliance with all applicable state regulations and requirements. Oversee and coordinate all clinical (behavior) services at the group homes, ICF’s and ADTs. Work with the clinical team for Central Florida Group Homes ensuring compliance with all state regulations and requirements to include Delmarva, 65.G and CMS guidelines. Work with the behavior analysts at the ICF and ADTs ensuring compliance with all state regulations and requirements to include Qlarant, 65.G and CMS guidelines for ADTs and AHCA regulations for the ICFs. Function as the main liaison to APD for all behavior issues and programming needs at the Group Homes, ICFs and ADTs. Attend monthly Local Review Committee meetings for new and annual behavior plan presentation. Oversee and coordinate billing services as needed and work with each respective location on acquiring new services or an increased level of existing services to include behavior analysis Level 1 and Level 3 hours. Attend one HRAC meeting for each ICF quarterly and semi-annually for the ADTs, participate in monthly clinical meetings for the Group Homes and any other meetings that may require clinical input such as Tracking meetings or Support Plans as requested by the Program Directors. Collaborate with Program Directors to address behavior needs and provide clinical consultation. Lead ongoing and targeted training initiatives based on location needs and deficiencies. Provide quality assurance and training to other Guardian affiliates as requested. Work with the Director of Training to provide oversight, technical support and launch new modules in Therap. Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree required. One year professional experience working with the developmentally disabled. Preferred Qualifications: Continuing education in addition to Master’s Degree preferred. Two or more years working with the developmentally disabled.
