Oversee the facility's operations and management to provide optimal care. Communicate the facility's policies and ensure general order, safety and cleanliness. Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice per facility administration and Nursing policies and procedures. What We Offer

Valid NY state nursing license Advanced degree or certification preferred Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill with ability to work with both Strong clinical, leadership, organizational and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment About National Health Care Associates
