Overview

Soar Autism Center is actively seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. We build a network of interdisciplinary clinics that provide transformative services for children with autism and their families, focusing on early intervention, comprehensive support services, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences tailored to each child and family. Responsibilities

Design and execute naturalistic occupational therapy for young children aged 2–6 years in a center-based environment. Develop targeted interventions to enhance gross motor, fine motor, feeding abilities, and performance in daily activities. Conduct comprehensive multidisciplinary assessments and formulate treatment plans in collaboration with other clinical domains (ABA, speech therapy, psychology), including co-treatments with the speech therapy team. Provide coaching and mentorship to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), guiding integration of OT goals into therapy sessions and supporting professional development. Monitor client progress, revise treatment plans and objectives as needed, and communicate effectively with team members and families. Foster partnerships with families, set collaborative goals, communicate progress, and provide dedicated coaching and support throughout their journey. Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy with a focus on pediatrics or a related field Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience working with children with autism or related developmental disorders Strong understanding of and commitment to early intervention and integrated care approaches Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a passion for supporting the growth and development of children with autism What You'll Get
