Austin Heart would like to recruit a NP or PA to join a busy lipid and cardiovascular disease prevention clinic in Central Texas at our Northwest Austin location. Responsibilities
The APP is responsible for obtaining patient histories and performing examinations, ordering testing and developing a treatment plan, monitoring the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, and providing patient education under the direction/supervision of the supervising cardiologist. Primarily office-based position with weekend rounding when on call. Qualifications
Board certified NP, CNS, or PA Licensed in the state of Texas Cardiology experience preferred Working with one general cardiologist Call: 12 weekends a year Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Start date: ASAP Incentives/Benefits Package
