Join Stryker as a Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies, to provide clinical product support to hospital staff and on-site guidance during surgical procedures. What You Will Do Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and clinical/technical support for navigation technologies, equipment, and instruments. Utilize proprietary software for pre-operative scans and assist in preoperative planning and intra-operative guidance. Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports as per Stryker Enabling Technologies quality system. Provide case coverage at accounts and support sales plan development and execution. Actively sell clinical benefits of products and build relationships with key surgeons and OR staff. Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to increase communication around product performance. Obtain purchase orders for products consumed during surgical procedures and track case coverage purchase orders. What You Need Required: Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of clinical experience. Preferred: Sales and/or marketing experience. Additional Information This position requires handling instruments that may have been contaminated by blood or other bodily fluids. Possible off-hours, weekends, and holidays to support business needs. Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly. Must have a valid driver's license. The salary range is $68,640 - $89,900 plus bonus eligible and benefits, including health benefits, financial benefits, and a wellbeing program.
