Coordinates and documents care for quality and continuity of care, and for risk management. Serves as a member of health care team and assumes responsibility for quality assurance and quality improvement efforts. Practitioner should possess the ability to work effectively with a variety of ethnic, political, and socioeconomic groups and individuals.
