Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities
Starting bonus:
$40,000 Starting Bonus + $40,000 Retention Bonus (no repayment)
Flexible schedule:
12- and 8-hour shifts at locations from Everett to Marysville; full-time and part-time positions available
Clinic hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:30-7:30; Saturday-Sunday, 8:00am-5:30pm with flexible shift scheduling in 8-week blocks
Support:
Providers backed by an extensive network of specialty care doctors, pharmacy and ancillary services, including in-house radiologists with STAT readings
Virtual care:
Ability to practice virtual, on-demand care after 6 months
Support staff:
Dedicated MAs and RNs trained to give IVs
ER diversion:
Emergency Room diversion program
Follow-up care:
Guaranteed specialty provider follow-up visits

Required Qualifications
BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine (with experience treating children)
Unrestricted WA State Medical License prior to start date
Current WA DEA certificate required prior to start date
Preferred Qualifications
Providers with 2+ years of experience in an Urgent Care, Walk-in Clinic or Emergency Medicine
The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
