Overview
Physical Therapist PRN role at Inova Health. The Inova Loudoun Outpatient Specialty Rehab Center offers orthopedic and sports medicine, neurologic rehab, concussion clinic, vestibular therapy, pelvic floor therapy, and lymphedema. This is a PRN opportunity, covering shifts as needed. Outpatient Physical Therapist - Responsibilities
Documents the results of evaluations clearly and completely according to department policy. Completes daily progress notes reflecting patients' responses to treatment, actual performance, and status relevant to the treatment plan, including discharge needs and treatment summaries if needed. Completes discharge notes with a summary of the course of treatment, progress toward goals, discharge needs, and follow-up education for patients and/or families. Documents clearly, concisely and legibly within established timeframes to support reimbursement and continuity of care. Document evidence of patient and family/caregiver education. Communicates with families, physicians or other healthcare team members to coordinate care and facilitate effective treatment plans. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy; Master’s degree preferred Virginia Physical Therapist license in good standing BLS/CPR certification Preferred Experience
Experience in an outpatient rehab setting working with adult neuro patients About Us
