Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
to work at a Facility in
Aurora, CO . This is a registry position with our company. Pay Rate:
$64 / hour Shifts
Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, hour unpaid lunch (W2). Qualifications
Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Speech Language Pathologist Ability to build rapport with patients Compassionate and caring demeanor Familiarity with medical terminology CPR card issued by the American Heart Association Must have up-to-date certification in the state of CO CCC-SLP Licensure: Colorado State SLP license Colorado Department of Education certificate (candidate can start with pending CDE) Responsibilities
Diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, language, and swallowing disorders Creating treatment and therapy plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse patient population Performing screenings to detect voice or speech disorders Educating patients and family members about speech disorders and causes Keeping detailed records relating to patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress Reporting progress and current status to appropriate parties (e.g., family members, teachers, or medical professionals) Application Contact
