Job Description

Outpatient, full‑scope women's health nurse practitioner. Responsibilities include annual well‑woman exams, routine screenings, contraceptive counseling, management of common gynecologic concerns, patient education, preventive care, and accurate documentation in Epic EMR.

Key Responsibilities

Perform annual well‑woman exams and routine screenings. Manage contraceptive counseling and care. Address common gynecologic concerns. Provide patient education and preventive care. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in Epic EMR. Collaborate in a team‑oriented clinic setting with access to specialty support and system‑wide clinical resources.

Qualifications

Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program required. Certification as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) preferred; FNPs with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. Experience in women’s health or primary care preferred; new graduates with a strong passion for women's health will be considered. Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner and as a Registered Nurse required. Current BLS certification required (or obtained prior to providing direct patient care). DEA and CDS eligible. Preferred experience in midwifery.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary: $123,250 – $141,950 (adjusted by experience). Overtime compensation for hours beyond 40 per week. Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, CME allowance, malpractice coverage with tail coverage, paid holiday, paid vacation, and paid sick leave.
