Overview
This Physician - Applied Informatics role at Epic places a physician to influence healthcare delivery through Epic software. You will apply clinical experience and Epic knowledge to demonstrate workflows to current and prospective customers, helping decision-makers understand how Epic can improve efficiency, quality, and personalized patient care.
Responsibilities
Lead initiatives from inception to execution, collaborating with senior leadership as part of a close-knit team.
Act as a trusted advisor to other physicians within the Epic community to optimize their use of our software.
Provide ongoing clinical input to Epic's R&D efforts to shape future software.
Demonstrate Epic workflows and functionality to customers to support sales and deployment.
Qualifications
Physician with several years of inpatient and/or outpatient experience, preferably in family medicine, pediatrics, or internal medicine.
Several years of using Epic software for patient care.
Ability to successfully demonstrate workflows and functionality to customers.
Willingness to travel at least 25%.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (fully reimbursed).
COVID-19 vaccination.
