Overview
Speech Language Pathologist – Part Time (3:00pm–7:00pm, with flexibility to include Saturday mornings) needed for Extra Steps Pediatric Therapies, a subsidiary of Minute Man Arc for Human Services, a nonprofit organization in MA. The role provides developmentally appropriate, multidisciplinary services for eligible children ages 3–22. Location: 2 Mill & Main, Bldg #2, Suite 370, Maynard, MA. Hours and days are flexible between Monday and Friday and between 3:00pm–7:00pm and/or Saturday mornings, with compensation at a fee-for-service rate. Responsibilities
Provide center-based diagnostic and treatment services. Utilize play-based, child-focused therapy approaches. Collaborate with families, schools, and staff to support a team approach. Deliver services in a supportive and enjoyable work environment. Qualifications
Master’s Degree from an accredited program with completed CFY. Licensed and certified in Massachusetts as a Speech/Language Pathologist. Pediatric experience working with developmental delays and special needs. Therapists who incorporate play and fun in interactive therapy sessions. Ability to collaborate with families, schools, and staff as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to use Electronic Medical Records or willingness to learn. Strong interpersonal skills and a team player. Feeding therapy with children is a bonus. Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience. $60 per hour (Fee for Service). About the Employer
