We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Dentist to join a collaborative, mentorship-driven group practice in Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist passionate about restorative, surgical, and comprehensive care to grow in a modern, digitally advanced, patient-focused environment. Salary
$175,000–$245,000 annually (compensation based on individual performance) Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive diagnostics and present multi-phase treatment plans Deliver restorative dentistry including Class II, posterior restorations, crown and bridge, and aesthetic cases Collaborate with the hygiene team on periodontal therapy and long-term maintenance Manage Invisalign and clear aligner cases (Invisalign certification required) Perform or refer endodontic procedures and minor oral surgery (including extractions and implant planning) Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards Build strong patient relationships through empathy, education, and trust Participate in team huddles, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree with an active Virginia dental license Invisalign certification (required for aligner cases) Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with proven restorative excellence Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills; surgical and cosmetic experience preferred Comfort with digital dentistry and openness to evolving protocols Patient-first mindset and collaborative approach to care About The Company
