is seeking an Outpatient Program Director to support the Grant Group that is located at our Bedford, Texas location.

What does the Practice Director do? (including but not limited to)

As the Program Director you will drive the performance of clinical teams providing growth, development and ongoing management of practice operations staff. Excellent communication, problem-solving, follow-through and diplomacy skills are required for success in this highly visible leadership role.

Oversee daily operations of the practice, including staff scheduling and coordination of meetings. Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Address issues and requests from physicians, employees, and patients promptly and effectively. Implement and maintain a robust scheduling system to maximize provider productivity and patient access. Collaborate with the billing team to identify and correct errors, and to improve processes. Generate and analyze billing, accounts receivable, and administrative reports. Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement. Assist management in budgeting for each clinic location. Develop strategies to enhance revenue through service diversification and patient volume growth. Provide actionable plans and follow-up strategies for new process implementations. Continuously offer hands-on operational guidance, support, and training to staff, including front office personnel, medical assistants, mid-level providers, and patient care coordinators. Staff Management: Delegate and coordinate tasks among staff members effectively. Monitor overhead spending in accordance with budget allowances, including overtime policies. Coordinate and lead monthly staffing meetings and create detailed agendas. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for clinical and administrative staff. Develop and implement staff training programs to ensure high levels of competence and job satisfaction. Address employee relations issues and implement strategies for staff retention and engagement. Ensure staff adherence to practice policies and procedures. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery. Monitor clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. Foster a patient-centered culture that prioritizes exceptional care and service. Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for the growth and development of the practice. Identify and pursue opportunities for service expansion and new business development. Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including referral sources, community organizations, and payers. Implement marketing and outreach initiatives to enhance the practice’s visibility and reputation. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of healthcare technology systems, including EHR, practice management software, and telehealth platforms. Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, incorporating best practices into the practice’s operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of management experience required. High School Diploma or GED required.

Physical Demands

This job requires employees to have a full range of physical capabilities, including the ability to handle and lift patients, demonstrate manual and finger dexterity, and maintain good eye-hand coordination. Employees must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift and carry items up to 40 lbs. Corrected vision and hearing within the normal range are also required.
