What You’ll Need
Experience managing self-perform construction projects with a minimum budget of $30M Exceptional customer and client relation skills Knowledge of schedule and budget creation, control, and monitoring Contract and subcontract development and management experience Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR)
What Will Set You Apart
Financial forecasting experience (estimates to and at completion, cash, and cost flow) A proven record of safety program management and implementation Knowledge of Standard Word Instructions (SWIs), and controlling/implementing sitewide quality programs effectiveness

$159,699.00 - $231,563.25 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
