Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing, and electrical wiring, ensuring efficiency and making repairs as needed Inspect the building for structural damage to windows, doors, and walls, and perform repairs Maintain records of repairs and service history Implement preventative maintenance to enhance equipment efficiency and safety Complete maintenance tickets within 24 hours Manage unit turnovers and coordinate vendor services Perform additional maintenance tasks as required Qualifications High school diploma / GED or equivalent Minimum of 2 years maintenance experience Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Proficiency with maintenance equipment and procedures Availability to respond to requests during nights and weekends Strong work ethic, communication, time management, and attention to detail
