Power BI Analyst
As a Power Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with 6+ years of experience, you bring a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Overview The Power BI Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, transform data, and deliver high-quality visual reports and dashboards that drive decision-making. You will design and develop interactive dashboards and reports, analyze datasets to uncover trends and insights, maintain data accuracy and integrity within BI systems, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. This position is fully onsite 5 days a week in Springfield, VA and Ashburn, VA.
Responsibilities
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications for Power BI dashboards and reports.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely refresh of BI systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (e.g., Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Networking and Telecommunications).
Minimum of 6 years of experience in creating Power BI dashboards.
In-depth knowledge of SQL and data modeling techniques.
Clearance: CBP Public Trust (as applicable).
Nice If You Have
Experience with government contracts and federal clients.
Vetting and Physical Requirements
Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Physical requirements include lifting up to a stated weight, endurance for extended periods, and ability to communicate clearly in person and via video/phone.
