Akkodis is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist for a 6 months Contract position with a client located in Tempe, AZ (3 days onsite/2 days remote based on business need) Pay Range: $40- $50/hr on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.) Job Description

As a Sourcing Analyst, you will support Sourcing Managers in executing regional sourcing projects and site-specific plans aligned with the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan. Youll help drive competitive commodity and category strategies that reduce Total Cost, improve supplier performance, and optimize Working Capital. This role requires managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and U.S. export/import regulations. Key Responsibilities

Contract & Compliance Support: Prepare and submit compliance packages for contract amendments and approvals, draft, negotiate, and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), execute credit memos and draft contract amendments using the contract management system, review amendments for accuracy and completeness prior to signature. Create and submit compliance packages including Extended Terms Requests (ETRs) and Fair and Reasonable Price Justifications (FRPJs) Manage RFQs and RFIs, including data transfer via AECS or other approved systems, facilitate supplier transitions and management changes using Compass or other systems, assist business units with sourcing needs for projects, lead supplier selection and performance management processes Initiate Should Cost Estimates (SCEs) and analyze CID and BAA content, resolve PO/Supplier Portal issues and submit corrections Data & Systems Management

Pull/send drawings for RFQ packages, manage vendor and material master changes, validate part demand and historical receipts, upload documents to contract management tools, pull platform details from designated systems Collaboration & Process Support

Work closely with internal sourcing teams, business stakeholders, and procurement functions, support the Procure-to-Pay process Required:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or Pricing Analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred:

Experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Project Management Strong analytical and execution skills, familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, knowledge of import/export regulations, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience with SAP or relevant ERP systems, e-sourcing platforms, RFQ tools, and project management tools, professional certifications in Project Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Contract Management This position requires the use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
