Overview
ISSJ III – All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA) – Subject Matter Expert (SME) role at BTS Software Solutions. Position available upon contract award. Responsibilities
Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff. Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production; interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure collaboration and situational awareness to support SOF intelligence requirements. Provide all-source analytic support to CT/VEO, Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations. Demonstrate proficiency in analytic techniques, current analytic tools, production of high-quality intelligence products (assessments, papers, presentations); prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required. Some billets may require serving as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and supporting 24/7 rotational shift hours. Qualifications
8+ years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full-performance level, with 5+ years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national-level intelligence agencies (e.g., NSA, CIA, or DIA). At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations. Superior proficiency with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends. Proficiency with the current suite of all-source intelligence tools. 3+ years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized products). Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher. Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility. Location
