The Arc of Opportunity in North Central Massachusetts provided pay range is $37.11/hr - $42.68/hr, with a $3500 Sign On Bonus for New Hires. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (40 hr/week). What is Nursing in Adult Foster Care at The Arc of Opportunity?

Our Adult Foster Care (AFC) Program is a medicaid-funded initiative that enables individuals with disabilities to live with caring providers in a safe and nurturing environment. The program provides comprehensive case management and nursing oversight. What Does the AFC Nurse Case Manager Do? Coordinate medical information for admission and provide a comprehensive nursing assessment for the intake process when required by individual medical condition(s). Provide participant specific medical training for home care providers and nursing case training as needed. Monitor medical care to ensure that consumers receive quality care, treatment, and respect in the community. Maintain Individual Confidential Files and monitor placements to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Why work for The Arc?
