The Emergency Department Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care in the emergency room setting or other emergent critical care areas.
ED RN 3x12 Self Scheduling EOW 2YR experience preferred but will accept 1YR with strong skillset/experience first-time travelers accepted Start Date: 06/02/25 License/certs required: MD RN BLS ACLS PALS NIHSS CPI Average Daily Census: 130 Number of Beds – 47 Ratio – 1:4 Patient Population – A little of everything but they are not a trauma center Required Certification: BLS ACLS NIH CPI and PALS Requirements – 2 Years of experience but will consider 1 year of experience will take first time travelers Weekends: every other weekend required Holidays: required as they fall as scheduled Floating: not required On-call: not required Shift Info: Night 3x12-Hour 19:00 - 07:30
Minimum Requirements
Current Registered Nurse License within the state of practice Minimum of one year emergency room experience preferred Current CPR if applicable TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age
