Anesthesiology Certified Nurse Assistant Job with First Health Physician Group in Pinehurst, NC FirstHealth of the Carolinas is seeking a proven leader to manage daily operations for a busy anesthesia service across four hospital campuses. The position is hospital-employed (W2) and combines clinical and administrative responsibilities at the main hospital and three additional facilities within FirstHealth of the Carolinas. Responsibilities
Develop and lead a high-functioning team of 50 employed CRNAs that collaborates with medical and surgical staff to deliver optimal outcomes and exceptional patient care. Manage day-to-day anesthesia service operations in a fast-paced environment with efficient OR turnovers. Oversee a diverse case mix including General, Orthopedic, OB (C-section), Gynecology, Vascular, Neuro, Robotic, GI, Bronchoscopy, and select low-volume pediatric cases. Work within an ACT model with access to a collegial group of Anesthesiologists. Qualifications
NC RN license, completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program, and NBCRNA certification. MD/DO Anesthesiologists are welcome to apply. At least 3 years in a supervisory role with experience managing resources, developing departmental budgets, and optimizing cost efficiency. Demonstrated leadership skills, including motivation of a diverse team, strong interpersonal abilities, conflict resolution, and role modeling behavior. Minimum 5 years of CRNA experience; recent clinical practice preferred. Clean background, unrestricted NC licensure, and AHA ACLS certification. Employment Details
