Nights 7 nights on – 7 nights off (7pm – 7 am) Work type:

Job Summary Assess and establish presumptive diagnoses and implement treatment plans for your patient population. Make accurate and complete entries into the electronic medical record; order and interpret diagnostic tests; consult as appropriate; prescribe evidence-based medical therapies. Prescribe, adjust, or discontinue medications or therapies as appropriate. Evaluate and report significant risks to the collaborating physician. Perform procedures within the scope of nurse practitioner practice. Communicate with the collaborative physician, patient, PCP, and staff through various means. Provide safe, ethical care and health education to patients and families in understandable language. Follow policies and guidelines to meet organizational goals and deadlines. Work is performed in a clinical environment, with accountability for job-specific obligations and adherence to policies. Additional competencies outlined in department-specific orientation are essential for job performance.
