Foot Care Nurse (LPN/RN)
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Foot Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our team of top healthcare professionals. In this role you will support our resident needs and would service all of our Assisted Living communities.
What You’ll Need
Must have completed the WI footcare certification course Must be currently licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin as either a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. Must have demonstrated interest in gerontological nursing including rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices, diabetic care, memory care and end of life care Experience working in assisted living, long-term care and/or community health is beneficial, but not required—We will train the right fit for our team! Valid driver’s license with safe driving record

Available at 50+ hours/pay period: Health Insurance, Health Reimbursement Account, Dental Insurance, Life and AD&D Insurance, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability. Available at 20+ hours/pay period: Vision Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Short Term Disability, Accident Insurance, Cancer & Critical Illness Insurance, Hospital & Intensive Care Insurance, Pet Insurance. Available at 18+ hours/pay period: Tuition Investment Program. Available to all: Employee Assistance Program, 401(k).
Pre-Employment Information
Background checks will be run after an offer has been made, and offers are contingent upon successfully passing a background check. Communicable Disease Screening must also be completed if your position requires working within our communities.
