Coordinate scheduling for clinics including template management. Initiate template changes as needed to assist with clinic flow. Work with clinical staff to ensure returning patients are scheduled appropriately and in a timely manner. Coordinate schedules of clinical providers changing/cancelling clinics as needed. Work with clinical staff, registration and triage staff and other office staff as needed, as well as outside facilities to obtain medical record documents; coordinate after care and follow up (return appointments) as directed by providers. Ensure clinics are stocked with appropriate forms and information/handouts for patients and parents, as requested. Order needed supplies and materials. Perform administrative functions such as typing correspondence, editing forms, and filing. Maintain charts/records and ensure proper storage and scanning of materials generated in clinic. Qualifications
Salary Range: $16.00 - $20.80 Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required, OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience. Job Details
