Shift:
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years. Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months. Experience with Oasis is required from any number of months.
Requirements
Candidates must have a license (required for submission). Local & travel allowed.

Case Load: Geriatric
Unit/Facility Details:
System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles. May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard.
Special Requests:
Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required
