Our dentist-owned private practice has a great opportunity for a pediatric specialist looking for clinical autonomy, growth and collaboration. Pediatric dentistry requires a team, so we have all the benefits of a multi-location practice with administrative support. This is the next level of Pediatric Dentistry: in-office general anesthesia, in-office IV sedation by Board-certified Pediatric Anesthesiologist, NuSmile Zirconia crowns, and Fotona Lightwalker Lasers for procedures such as no-anesthetic restorations and frenectomies, among other capabilities. Laser experience preferred, with a focus on high-quality dentistry and a better patient experience for children. Our modern offices located in the suburbs of Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina, and foothills of North Carolina, have a proud history of high-quality care with an experienced team. Our newly renovated offices are equipped with quiet treatment rooms and a large hygiene bay. We believe in putting patients first and serving the community we work in. Compensation includes a guaranteed rate and benefits (health, dental, life & disability insurance, CE allowance) plus a bonus for unlimited earning potential, as well as a full schedule of new and established patients. Full-time pediatric specialists in the practice are earning in the reported range. Provide pediatric dentistry with clinical autonomy and high-quality care Work in a team-based, multi-location practice with administrative support Utilize in-office general anesthesia and in-office IV sedation as appropriate Employ technologies such as NuSmile Zirconia crowns and Fotona Lightwalker Lasers Engage with a community-focused practice dedicated to patient-first care Qualifications and expectations
