We are looking for a highly passionate Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist who can deliver state-of-the-art prostheses and excellent services to clinical partners and users of our assistive technology. You will grow with the company, becoming a specialist in fitting Open Bionics devices and delivering the full workflow of building and fitting check-sockets, including patient training to maximise prosthesis use. You will eventually manage your own clinic, maintain high standards of customer service, and develop a deep understanding of our partial hand, below-elbow, and above-elbow solutions as a clinical ambassador for Open Bionics. This is a high-responsibility role with a focus on clinical excellence, patient experience, and workflow efficiency, with a business owner mindset. Responsibilities include delivering the highest standard of clinical services, providing training and ongoing support for patients, educating and certifying prosthetic care providers, tracking performance via feedback and ERP data, reviewing eligibility and supporting trials, coordinating clinical input to improve adoption, and contributing to product development and documentation. You will participate in events and contribute to clinical research to reinforce the value of our solutions. You will also engage in R&D projects for new technologies and provide patient-centered rehabilitation support. Weekly satellite visits are expected once per quarter. Note: The following section summarizes a successful first six months, including developing a sustainable clinical workflow with Open Bionics clinics. Key Responsibilities

Deliver the highest standard of clinical services to Open Bionics customers in line with core values. Provide training and ongoing support for patients using their upper limb prosthesis to achieve activities of daily living and personal goals. Educate and certify prosthetic care providers on our systems and devices. Track performance via customer feedback and data from our ERP system to inform growth decisions. Review potential users’ eligibility for devices and support trials with clinical partners. Coordinate clinical input to improve adoption, prescription, and funding applications. Provide internal clinical input to developers on hardware and software; test new versions and create/maintain clinician and end-user documentation. Participate in relevant consumer or trade shows, exhibitions and conferences, including booth activities and workshops. Contribute to clinical research projects/publications to reinforce clinical value. Lead R&D projects for new technologies aiding clinicians. Provide a patient-centered approach to upper limb prosthetic rehabilitation and ongoing support. Attend and host a weekly satellite visit once per quarter. Person Scorecard

Certified Prosthetist with 1-5 years of Orthotics/Prosthetics experience; experience with myoelectric/multiarticulating/bionic components is advantageous but not required. Evidence-based practice and alignment with Open Bionics’ vision. Proficient with shape capture and rectification; experience with 3D scanning/digital rectification is preferred. Ability to prescribe appropriate prosthetics for upper limb absence and demonstrate creative problem-solving. Excellent patient care and a strong motivation to provide the best patient experience and outcomes. Commitment to creating successful patient outcomes. Must be certified by BOc or ABC as Prosthetist or Orthotist/Prosthetist. Passionate about making high-end prosthetics accessible; alignment with this mission is essential. To Apply
