Location & Schedule Coral Gables, FL. Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 7am‑7pm shifts. 8‑hour periods between 7am‑7pm.

Location: Primarily at our Coral Gables center; occasional regional coverage as needed.
Your Role
Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
Ensure patient well‑being and accurate record‑keeping: deliver empathetic care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check‑in, check‑out, and financial procedures.
Support operational efficiency: understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related human services major; at least one year of healthcare experience (preferred).
Minimum: Associate Degree, Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent clinical certification; combined with substantial relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred).
Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).
Strong clinical interviewing skills.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided).
