Position
– Supervising Licensed Clinical Psychologist (full‑time). Location: New York City. Pay: $150,000–$160,000 per year (base pay). The role includes a small caseload (10–15 clients) and supervisory duties.
Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, and manage a team of 15–20 licensed therapists.
Provide clinical oversight: review treatment plans, documentation, and progress notes.
Monitor performance via client outcomes, feedback, retention data, and quality audits.
Offer clinical and ethical consultation and serve as a trusted resource for therapist questions.
Foster a supportive, collaborative culture aligned with Thriving Center’s values and mission.
Act as liaison between therapists and leadership, ensuring effective communication and team cohesion.
Maintain a caseload of 10–15 clients, delivering high‑quality therapy services.
Requirements
Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology.
Active New York State licensure as a Psychologist.
Minimum 10 years of post‑licensure clinical experience.
Four years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and culturally competent care.
Proficiency in evidence‑based treatment modalities (CBT, ACT, DBT, etc).
