The RN Clinical Nurse I provides professional nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and protocols under the supervision of the nursing leader. Manages a safe work environment and maintains clinical and professional competency appropriate to the patient population served. Essential Functions
Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation. Analyzes assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues. Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation. Develops a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes. Implements the identified plan, coordinates care delivery, and promotes health and a safe environment. Delegates elements of care to appropriate healthcare workers in accordance with applicable laws and policies. Evaluates progress toward attainment of goals and outcomes. Practices in a manner congruent with cultural diversity and inclusion principles. Communicates effectively in all areas of practice and collaborates with healthcare consumers and other stakeholders. Leads within the professional practice setting and integrates evidence and research findings into practice. Contributes to quality nursing practice and assesses nursing practice against professional standards and guidelines. Uses resources to plan, provide, and sustain evidence-based nursing services that are safe, effective, and fiscally responsible. Practices in an environmentally safe and healthy manner and ethically. Promotes shared governance and participates in decision-making to positively affect clinical outcomes. Education, Experience and Certifications
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. BSN preferred. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required per policy guidelines. Current RN license in the state where you work and reside, or as required by the National License Compact (NLC) or other licensure rules as applicable. Hours, Schedule and Benefits

Pay range: $34.90 - $52.35 per hour Base compensation listed within pay range based on qualifications, skills, and experience Premium pay for shift differentials and on-call opportunities; incentive pay for select positions Potential for annual increases based on performance Benefits and More
