The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the unit-based leadership team, responsible for supervising nursing operations within a specific unit. In the absence of the Manager or Director, the supervisor may assume 24-hour nursing responsibilities, working with a designated patient population. Required
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license Certification in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) Preferred
BSN degree Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) One (1) year of experience in a clinical specialty Additional Life Support credentials (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP) or other clinical certifications specific to units Visual color acuity relevant to the role in specific units Seniority level
