Overview
BATA INC. Bata is a pediatric therapy agency providing Early Intervention services in several New Jersey Counties. We provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Special Education, including, but not limited to, Behavioral and Autism services. The program is a community home-based parent training model. We are currently looking for Per Diem PTs to join our Bata team. Applicants must love children, possess good people skills, a joie de vivre and be team players with a willingness to both learn and teach.
Responsibilities
Provide pediatric physical therapy services within Early Intervention programs. Deliver prescribed therapy plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as appropriate. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support child development in the home and community settings. Document sessions, outcomes, and communications in accordance with agency policies.
Qualifications
Per Diem availability for pediatric physical therapy services. Strong communication and teamwork skills; positive, child-centered approach. Willingness to learn and share knowledge with families and colleagues.
