We are currently hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Join our team! Responsibilities: Chart nurses’ notes reflecting the care provided and the resident’s response. Complete and file recordkeeping forms upon resident admission, transfer, or discharge. Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician. Ensure CNAs are aware of and refer to the resident care plans before providing care.
