As a RN Pediatrics Surgical Unit you can be a part of change. We are seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Unit. This is a mixed shift position and weekends. Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the direction of the Nursing Director or Supervisor, the Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the delivery of quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN is responsible for directing all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice and federal, state, and local regulations. The Pediatric RN incorporates knowledge of patient’s age specific development and cultural values into the plan of care. The Pediatric RN contributes to quality nursing care through process improvement techniques and multidisciplinary collaboration that demonstrates positive outcomes in the delivery of patient care. What qualifications you will need

Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Neonate Resuscitation must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date RN Licensure in the state of Georgia is required Associate Degree in Nursing is required Benefits
