Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse – Level IV NICU Employment Type: Travel Nursing Location: Denver, CO 80218 Healthcare Setting: Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Start Date: October 13, 2025 End Date: January 12, 2026 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour nights (7P - 7A) Hours per Week: 36 Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,990 - $2,260 per week Unit Size: 42 beds Night Shift Staffing: 1 CNC, 11-13 RNs, 1 unit coordinator Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Colorado or compact state Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification Minimum 1 year of recent Level III or Level IV NICU nursing experience Pediatric nursing experience preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills; positive, adaptable attitude Responsibilities
Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill neonates in a Level IV NICU Monitor and manage patients using advanced neonatal equipment (isolettes, CPAP, PIVs, central lines) Accurately document patient care and assessments in Neonatal Notes EMR Assist with neonatal procedures, including circumcisions and ROP (Retinopathy of Prematurity) exams Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes Adapt to census changes and provide support in pediatric units as needed Apply
