position. The salary range is $43.03 - $64.55, depending on factors such as education, training, and experience. Job Summary:
Responsible for evaluating patients, determining plans of care, and participating in treatment within the scope of Speech and Language Pathology. Provides oversight to licensees, students, therapy aides, and volunteers, working as part of a patient care team. Responsibilities include: Evaluating patients and establishing treatment plans based on data from various sources. Completing and updating treatment plans and documentation according to standards. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure continuous patient care. Mentoring and overseeing new caregivers, licensees, and students. Participating in development of services, quality improvement, and professional activities. Qualifications: Master's or Doctorate in Speech and Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program. Experience relevant to the position. Licensed Speech Pathologist in Washington State. American Speech-Language Hearing Association Certification. Basic Life Support certification upon hire.
