is seeking a compassionate and dedicated

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

to join our home healthcare team. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Your primary role will be to assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor their health status, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:

Personal Care Assistance: bathing, eating, dressing, hygiene, mobility, exercise.

Household Care: housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, dietary aide.

Companionship: conversation, reminders.

Provide assistance with bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.

Help patients with walking, transferring, and physical exercises as prescribed.

Assist with medication reminders and adherence as per the care plan.

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as necessary.

Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and changing bed linens.

Engage patients in conversation and provide emotional support and companionship.

Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in health status to healthcare professionals.

Maintain accurate records of patient care activities and observations.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Follow infection control procedures and ensure a safe environment for patients.

Qualifications:

Active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Previous experience in home healthcare or a related field preferred.

Compassion, empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift and move patients safely, as required.

Dependable and punctual with a commitment to patient care.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour (pay based on experience)

1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

CNA Certification (Required)
