Pediatric Occupational Therapist — Full Time 40 hours/week • Williamsburg, VA

Position Summary As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. You will provide individualized one-to-one treatment and develop customized plans of care to meet each child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into daily life. The environment supports multi-disciplinary collaboration and mentorship while allowing autonomy and growth aligned with each clinician’s passions and expertise.
Responsibilities
Deliver outpatient occupational therapy to pediatric patients from birth through age 21.
Provide one-to-one treatment with individualized plans of care.
Invite parents/caregivers to participate in sessions to support carryover of skills at home.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (physical therapy, speech therapy, ABA) to drive patient outcomes.
Engage in co-treatment when clinically appropriate and contribute to the clinic’s care culture.

Position Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Proof of current or pending state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the respective state.
