Provide relationship-based care with wholistic focus, including prevention, chronic disease management, and health education. Offer resources to support patient care (e.g., UpToDate and RubiconMD) at no charge to patients. Work autonomously within a company that prioritizes patients, innovation, courage, community, and FUN. Maintain smaller patient panel sizes with appointment lengths ranging from 20 to 60 minutes to emphasize quality time with patients. Focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and reduce administrative and insurance-related tasks where possible. Minimum Job Requirements — Nurse Practitioner

Active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification required. Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per state regulation. Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability. CPR/BLS certification required at start date. Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred. Minimum Job Requirements — Physician Assistant

Active license and current NCCPA board certification required. Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per state regulation. Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability. CPR/BLS certification required at start date. Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred. Pay Range

Pay Range: $60.00-75.00/hr. The actual offer may vary depending on geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
