Responsibilities Summary of position: Responsible for evaluating assigned patients and developing and implementing appropriate treatment plans.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program and completion of clinical rotations.

Currently licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist by the state of employment. If working under a temporary license, the OT license in the state of employment must be obtained within 3 months of employment.
