RN PCU Nights (Monroe) – Northwest Health - Porter Hospital Registered Nurse (RN) Full Time Nights Position in the Progressive Care Unit. Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12 hour shifts from 7p to 7a. Eligible for shift differential. Incentives include: tuition reimbursement up to $20,000; sign-on bonus up to $15,000; relocation package for eligible candidates; medical, vision, dental, and 401k available for Full-Time and Part-Time roles. 30-bed unit with a 5:1 patient-to-nurse ratio. Fast-paced unit that acts as a critical care step-down from ICU, handling cardiac and neuro patients as well as patients with acuity too high for med/surg.
