Blossom Chevrolet continues to grow, and we are in immediate need of experienced Automotive Mechanics and Technicians in our Service Department. We have maintained a steady workflow and are looking for competent, hardworking technicians.

NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS!! If you are an automotive technician with good eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and skills in complex drivability, electrical, transmission, and diesel functions, along with excellent problem-solving abilities, we want you on our team. Blossom Chevrolet offers a competitive compensation plan for the right individual and a sign-on bonus based on experience. Responsibilities

Correctly troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest administrative and technical tools provided Ensure courteous treatment of all customers you contact Act as a secondary customer greeter in the service drive for customers not yet acknowledged Keep up to date with all technical publications, Service Communications, and ASIST terminal operations Ensure safe and accurate vehicle service delivered on the first attempt Address original customer concerns before moving onto additional sales Inspect every vehicle for additional sales opportunities and ensure maintenance aligns with local area and factory recommendations Return the customer’s vehicle as clean, or cleaner, than when it arrived Participate in any factory or in-house sponsored training programs offered Complete all paperwork accurately and attach required shop forms to the RO hard copy Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager, ASM, or Group Leader Always come to work on time, ready to work, and in a clean uniform Ideal candidates will have

Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on various vehicle makes and models Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals Outstanding communication skills Professional appearance and work ethic Great attitude with a high-energy personality Superior customer service skills Ability to read and comprehend instructions Good judgment and decision-making Valid state driver’s license and a good driving record Required Education

High school diploma or equivalent ASE certification (demonstrates technical aptitude) Technical or trade school degree preferred Compensation
